U10 Blitz The U10’s played of the U10 Blitz league on Saturday which was held in Causeway. After a draw with Ballyheigue, they then beat Crotta and Abbeydorney to qualify for the semi final where they played and beat Ardfert and then they met Lixnaw in the final, they played extremely well and with some excellent defending they led at the break by two goals and when they scored two more quick goals from Dyaln Burke and they never looked like losing. After the final Tommy O Connor presented the Eddie Godley trophy to the Causeway captain Jamie McGrath. Again the support for the lads throughout the day was outstanding and also a big thank you to the ladies for the refreshments provided on the day.
