North Kerry B Senior Hurling League Final 2007

The seniors played Kilmoyley last Thursday evening in Austin Stack Park in the final of the North Kerry B league before a small crowd. The evening was a miserable one for hurling as it rained persistently throughout the game. In the first half the weather meant that the game was of a stop start nature and despite the bad weather conditions there were some good scores from both sides and at the interval Kilmoyley led by a goal Kilmoyley 2-04 Causeway 1-04. The second half was much like the second but Kilmoyley just seemed to be able to get scores easier and despite a late Causeway goal they lost out in the end on a scoreline of Kilmoyley 2-12 Causeway 2-07.
